I have just made arrangements for an interview with two special writers/podcasters! More details forthcoming soon.

The podcast

June 15th, 2008

To answer the question for everyone - no, I have not discontinued the podcast. I had intended to post a new episode at the beginning of June, when a variety of Real World events got in the way. Also, after adjusting my research, it’s a good thing in some ways that I hadn’t put the episode out then, anyway.

:-) Hang in there - new episode soon!

A quick post

April 4th, 2008

Hello everyone! I have a podcast in the can - ready to go - well, I need to change the date now - but it’s still ready. What happened? Server (and system administrator) issues.

In the meantime, here’s a comic for you to read. Those of you who have been reading the forums will get this: BUTTERSAFE FOR 04-03-2008.

~Be seeing you!~

Hello Everybody! Episode 1 of Season 2 is in the works.

February 20th, 2008

So - the plan was to finish the first episode of the new season before leaving for vacation.

As I said, that was the plan. It hasn’t turned out that way I’m sorry to say. However, I have started recording, and when we return from our vacation in two weeks, I will finish it and get it uploaded. Better to publish it later than desired than to send out something poor in quality.

Thanks for listening…keep those suggestions coming…and I’ll see you in a little over 2 weeks!

Open call for suggestions

January 10th, 2008

Hey, there!

I have a few ideas lines up for the next few shows - but I’d love to hear from you about topics you’d like to hear about. Keep in mind - we can discuss the tech of anything. We’re not limited to only things like computers and space travel. So whether it’s tech for you (for example, one show discussed choosing a monitor) or tech for your story (one show discussed suspended animation) - let me know!

You can post here - or email me at pj [at] techforwriters [dot] com….

Wow.

January 5th, 2008

Wow, is all I can say at this moment. It’s been a year since my last podcast. A year.

I don’t know what to say. I never meant for my hiatus to go on this long. Yes, the podcast was supposed to come back in October 2007. And, no, it didn’t. I had a lot going on - and something had to give - and sadly, it was this podcast. That’s all I’m going to say on that matter.

Now, it’s 2008, and several things are the same - and several things have changed - and I’ve determined that I want to bring the podcast back.

And so I will - as soon as I can.

Until then!
